The 2024 Monroe County Rodeo weekend will begin on Friday, August 9th with another performance on Saturday, August 10th. The 4th annual Monroe County Rodeo will be a family friendly event sanctioned by the National Cowboy Pro Rodeo Association and

contracted with 5T Rodeo Company from Poplarville, MS.

The Monroe County  Rodeo is one of the few community events that bring together community residents, business owners, city and county officials for one purpose--strengthening community ties and creating fun for our citizens.

Cowboys and Cowgirls from across the South will be coming to compete for the highest scores and the quickest times in all 8 traditional rodeo events including: Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie Down Roping, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, and Bull Riding. 

Our mission is to provide a premier rodeo that will support our commitment to promote the business community and to improve the quality of life in the Monroe County community. Through our efforts, we hope to attain a memorable experience for the community and participants. ​

TICKETS

$15 for adults 13 years and older

$5.00 for 3-12 years old.

3 & under will be admitted free
